ZIWA ASILI a Health and Nutrition Company was created by Annette Manwa, a breastfeeding mommy of two.
As a new, young mother, the experience of childbirth left her grappling with nutritional depletion, a lack of support, and the overwhelming deluge of conflicting information on her journey into motherhood. It was a profound challenge for her to decipher what foods were suitable during breastfeeding, to recover her postpartum health, and to contend with the myriad conflicting advice available.

Her journey led to her experimentation with a blend of herbs, combined with her passion for baking, resulting in the creation of nourishing products she could incorporate into her daily routine. These products not only boosted her milk supply but also fostered her overall well-being. Soon, she realized that her struggle was not an isolated one; countless other mothers were facing similar challenges. Thus, ZIWA ASILI was born.
